Otto Kajetan Weixler has been Managing Director of Bilfinger Berger Facility Services GmbH since 2005 and Head of Executive Management at HSG Zander GmbH since 2008 (since the merger between HSG Technischer Service GmbH and M+W Zander GmbH).

He was Head of Executive Management at HSG Technischer Service GmbH from 1999-2007 and sole General Manager of the same company from 1992-1999. Prior to that, he held a number of management positions at Philipp Holzmann AG.
